Return and Refund Policy

CUSTOM ITEMS

Due to the nature of the product, we, unfortunately, can't cancel or offer returns for custom orders. We only offer replacements. 

 

Defective products

We only accept complaints about product defects within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please check the product upon receipt and if there is a defect, please contact our customer service and we will provide a solution accordingly.

We will not accept complaints after 48 hours.

How to do with Error orders 


  1. Incorrect orders due to your failure to upload a photo.
    We do not accept cancellations or refunds.
    We will send a reminder email within 1-3 days to remind you that you can send us the correct photos in time.

    If you do not reply to us with the correct photo within 30 days, we will send you our Classic 100 I love you necklace or keychain.

    2. Wrong order due to your filling in the wrong address.
    We do not accept cancellations or refunds.
    We will send a reminder email within 1-3 days to remind you to correct your address in time.
    If you do not reply to us within 30 days, we will close the order and not process it again.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the return merchandise to the original form of payment.

If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon arrival or we will process the exchange for you. 

Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process and may take longer depending on your financial institution. Refunds for orders that used Afterpay may also take longer to process.

Easy Return and Exchange Process: 

1. You can start your return process by email help@wearecall.com. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.

2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
